Your Wedding Process

This is a step-by-step guide to your wedding process. Some packages may have more or fewer steps, depending on your ceremony type. I’m flexible with the process—this is simply a guide, and we can adjust it to suit your needs!

Fill out this form. Start by providing your date and location (or a rough idea) so I can check availability.

2. Obligation-Free Chat

I’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability. Then, we’ll have a no-obligation chat (in person or via Zoom) to see if I’m the right celebrant for you.

3. Secure Your Date

After meeting, take time to decide your wedding package. Once you're sure, lock in your date by:

4. Planning & Inspiration

I’ll provide as much or as little guidance as you need—ideas, legal steps, and tips to create the best ceremony possible.

5. In-Depth Planning Meeting (Approx. 3 months out)

We’ll get into all the ceremony details, discuss your love story (if you want it included), and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
Your second payment (30%) is due after this meeting.

6. 10 Weeks to Go – Your Love Story

If we’re including your love story, get your questionnaire back to me by now so I can fine-tune it.

7. Ceremony Creation

I’ll craft your bespoke ceremony and send it to you for approval. You’ll have as much input as you like—it’s your ceremony.

8. Final Details (1 Month to Go)

  • Final payment due

  • Vows finalised and sent to me

  • Music, readings, and any final touches confirmed

9. Rehearsal (Optional, Week of Ceremony)
